STREET TEAM INSTRUCTIONS

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a street team member, your primary responsibility will be to help promote Kixx Records' recording artists. Activities will including the following:

(1) Distribute flyers, postcards, free CDs, posters, and other Kixx Records promotional material (that we will supply you with) to your school and in your community.
(2) Generate an e-mail mailing list (Guest List). People that sign-up for it will be included in the Kixx Records Guest Lists and receive free stuff.
(3) Spread the word about Kixx Records new recordings and its artists.
(4) Encourage other students to join the street team.

WHAT YOU GET
As an active member of the street team you can receive the following:
(1) KIXX T-SHIRT. When you sign-up for the street team and you generate a VALID list of at least fifty (20) names and addresses for the guest list (or e-mail addresses if available), you will receive your own Kixx Records T-shirt.
(2) ALL ACCESS PASS. When you accomplish item #1 above (20 names/adresses/e-mail addresses), you will also receive a laminated all-access pass that will get you into all Kixx Records' artists performances for FREE! NOTE: Some venues may have age restrictions, and if you are under the allowable age requirement, you will not be granted access.
(3) BUSINESS CARDS. When you complete item #1 above AND sign-up 2 other people to the Street Team (they must list your name as "Referred by" on the sign-up sheet), you will receive your Kixx Records business cards.
(4) CASH BONUSES! If you accomplish items #1 and #3 above, and the Kixx management team feels as though you are doing a good job, you will be considered for a cash bonus, payable at management's discretion. The "smaller" cash bonuses are pretty easy to get, however, the bigger the bonus, the tougher to get.

HOW TO JOIN
To become an active member of the Kixx Records Street Team you must follow the instrictions below. Since many people would want to join just for the free stuff, there are a few requirements that must be met in order for you to receive your business cards, T-shirts, and all-access pass (see "WHAT YOU GET" above).

(1) Complete the sign-up sheet in its entirety (CLICK "SIGN ME UP")
(2) Someone from Kixx Records will contact you to confirm that you have signed-up.
(3) We will send you out a welcome kit that includes the forms to be used for collecting Guest List names, a welcome letter, instructions, promotional give-aways and copies of flyers that you can give to other students who may be interested in joining he stret team.
(4) That's it! Then, to become an ACTIVE member, you must acomplish item #1 above (20 names/addresses).
